Community Guidelines

Studio Action is an 18+ platform. The story is violent, death is permanent, and the community is for adults. These guidelines apply to everything you post — submissions, gallery pieces, share rooms, character files, quest proposals, and conduct at the table on Discord.

1. Absolute Prohibitions

These are not judgment calls. Posting any of the following means immediate removal and a permanent ban, and where the law requires it, a report to the authorities:

• CSAM or any sexualized depiction of minors, real or fictional, in any medium.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery of real people without their consent.
• Targeting real people: content designed to harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or incite violence against an identifiable real person, or that publishes their private information (doxxing).
• Illegal content of any kind.

2. Submission Standards

• Submit your own work. Post only work you made or hold the rights to. Reposting someone else's piece as your own is a ban, not a warning.
• No infringement. Do not submit work that reproduces someone else's copyrighted material, trademarks, or the likeness of a real person without authorization. Our DMCA policy applies, and repeat infringers are banned.
• Stay on the brief. Missions, challenges, and contests have posted formats. Off-format work may be removed from those surfaces without it being a strike against you.
• Mark what needs marking. The world is dark, but real gore, real violence, and shock content that isn't storytelling do not belong here.

3. Conduct at the Table

The story runs on conflict — Dolfieni against OPENEYE, characters against each other, death on the table. In-character conflict is the game. Out-of-character harassment is not. Fight the character, never the player. No hate speech, no slurs, no dogpiling, no punishing a player in the community because their character beat yours. Dice rulings and storyteller calls are argued through the posted channels, not by harassing the people who made them.

4. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content, decline any submission, restrict any feature, and suspend or permanently ban any user, at any time, to keep the community safe and the Service lawful. Consequential decisions (suspensions, bans) involve human review. Moderation does not entitle anyone to a refund except where required by law. Enforcement generally escalates — removal, warning, suspension, ban — but Section 1 violations and egregious cases skip straight to a permanent ban.

5. Reporting

To report content or conduct that violates these guidelines, email info@studioaction.io with a link to the content and a short description. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA policy. Reports involving NCII or the safety of a minor are treated as top priority.

6. Changes

We may update these guidelines as the community grows; the "Last updated" date on this page will change when we do. These guidelines are incorporated into the Terms of Service.
